These Terms govern your use of DOMINO, a private social challenge app operated by Risto Caissie. By creating an account or using DOMINO, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility and accounts
DOMINO is not directed to children under 13. You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live and must have any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law.
Provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and do not access another person's account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Private groups and proof
Groups are invite-only. Challenge proof can include text, photos, or videos. Proof is hidden during the active chain according to DOMINO's game rules and may be revealed to eligible members of the relevant private group after the chain ends.
Only submit content you have the right to share. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
3. Safety
DOMINO challenges are entertainment, not instructions to take risks. A challenge is always optional. Do not use DOMINO while driving, trespass, perform dangerous stunts, violate the law, or pressure another person to participate or be recorded.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use DOMINO to harass, threaten, exploit, dox, impersonate, scam, distribute sexual or graphic content, encourage illegal or dangerous activity, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's hidden content, or abuse groups, invites, reports, notifications, or technical systems.
5. Moderation, reports, and blocking
Users can report revealed proof and block other players. DOMINO may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or delete accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
6. Account and group deletion
You can delete your account from within the app. Group owners can delete groups they own. Deletion is permanent and may remove associated group history and stored proof as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
DOMINO may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. Internet services can experience outages, delays, data loss, or other interruptions, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as DOMINO changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
